The window of our rental unit does not close all the way. Due to rain water leaking in to our apartment (which we have also reported to our landlord) the window frame has warped and now the window wont close all the way. There is approximately a 1 inch gap up at the top of the window that wont close. We notified the landlord in writing on October 29th and repairs still have not been made. We just had a week of below freezing weather and nothing has been done. We're
