Our entire building has been evacuated twice in the last few months due to an improperly functioning fire/smoke alarm system. SFD has had fire trucks roll twice with multiple ladder trucks in the last few months to come reset our FACP so that us residents could go back into the building. Management at the Nelson Apartments have painted over parking stalls that were originally designated as disabled parking stalls. The interior parking facility is a multi-level secured garage, and the stalls in question are at the street level (adjacent to elevator). The blue paint has been painted over with gray paint. For a while, MGMT was parking in the stalls in question; now, they are claiming that the stalls are for commercial tenants only - residential tenants must park downstairs.
