Elevator has been broken for2 months. Daughter andhusband moved into thisbuilding because theyare on the 3rd floor, she'spregnant and husband maybe incapacitated soon,they need the elevator.Management says thatthey may not repair, butreplace and that maytake months. What areour rights?
