My neighbor at 14325 Phinney Ave N, 98133 sent a worker to my house today to say that he plans to remove three mature plum trees along the fence line between my house and his. The trees were trimmed last spring and appear to be in good condition after that trimming. I checked to see if there was a tree public notice and there was not, and I really really would love these trees to be preserved, rather than reasonlessly removed. Thanks.
