I paid a $250 holding deposit on August 1, 2026. Application was denied on August 3, 2026. Management has refused to refund the deposit for over 10 weeks, repeatedly gave false verbal promises of mailing dates (September 21, October 12), refused an in-person pickup request, and refuses to provide check verification or tracking. Management is unlawfully retaining applicant funds under RCW 59.18.253 and Seattle tenant protection rules.
