Per Online; Northline Apartments/Thrive Communities has failed to return common areas to safe condition in a timely manner after the snowstorms beginning Dec. 25. De-icer was applied to common pathways, stairwells and driveway on Dec. 29, but no snow/ice was removed. The pathways, stairwells and driveway are covered in several inches of snow and ice. Property management claims they are "constantly" applying ice melt and clearing snow, but this is obviously false. Prope

Tennis court has been flooded for a month now and has a 12" of standing water . There are stairs that lead down to the court, tenant is concerned about health and safety. Gutters and roof need to be cleaned on complex as well. Tenant requested that his name remain anonymous.
