My landlord has informed me that someone has taken the spare set of keys and aren't doing anything about it. In addition, there is a fruit fly infestation in the bathroom (I believe their nest is in one of the holes in the bathroom wall that they are refusing to deal with). To Whom It May Concern:I am a tenant at 1446 E Roy St Apt. 203, Seattle, WA 98112. My vehicle was recently towed from the residential parking lot outside my building, and I believe the tow was improper and possibly unlawful.The parking lot has six total spaces for six tenants. None of the spaces are marked or numbered, and no signage is posted assigning spaces to specific units. My toilet started leaking sewage on July 6. An SDCI report was filed July 8 confirming this. Since then, it has not been properly cleaned, and the bathroom has begun growing mold. My landlord claims it was cleaned yesterday, but no one entered the home yesterday, or at all in the last week. They did send a handyman on July 20, who was unaware of what was going on, and only did a cursory cleaning after I explained the situation to him (no professional equipment, not prepared to clean biohazard).
