Complaint: Emergency , LandLord/Tenant
Opened September 4, 2026
Tenant has questions as to her lease rights. Lease expires 9/30/2026, landlord has nothing about renewing lease. Tenant has been getting extra fees added to rent for a while. Says she's been paying rent on time; the landlord will pay the fees first before adding to rent. Now tenant has all these additonal fees she's not sure what they are. She's also being charged for not having renters insurance. Would like to know rights?

Ever since the new management (Nordic Partners Investments) came in, which was around the end of July, I have not had access to my lease. I have had some things happen that made me feel really unsafe in the area. My
