Per 1/27/12 online complaint: "Construction without permits. installing a NEW driveway and parking pad without curb cut permit from dpd. new paved area looks like it is larger than 2000 sf."***Installing 2000 sq.ft. or more of new or replaced impervious surface (there is no curb cut permit from SDOT & SDOT has been notified & will investigate)***
