Landlord has somehow obstructed toilet flow in unit - admittedly in retaliation for failure to pay rent. Tenant has running water, otherwise.

Water sepage through window cill and through cracks in concrete floor. Mold issues. Probs with gutters overflowing then water flows down wall and into window. Water on ground flows toward house not away from house and gets in through foundation. Has happened twice. Mgt just cleans up and does not do anything to resolve problem.

The baseboard heat only works in the living room of this 1 bedroom apartment. Does dryer ventilate properly? NOTE: Tenant would prefer that the inspector does not call the property owner until after inspection.
