Mailboxes for units 1-4 have been broken since June and no repairs have been made. I have sent two different emails to follow up and nothing has been done. Residents are unable to receive mail and have to pick up at local post office.

Per Spanish Interpreter: Window in bedroom is loose and secured only by one screw. The kitchen fan does not work. Mold issues. Complainant has lived there for four months and was told these would be addressed but nothing has been done.
