Contractor is jack hammering tiles off concrete subfloor. We don't know what the tile is made of.Contractor made a habitat to control dust but there were holes in it everywhere. Dust from this concrete and tile are all over the building

The Waymark Apartment building is having serious safety issues. The gates to our garage are broken and people are just walking in and sleeping and using drugs at all hours of the day. The package room is broken into daily and mail is ripped up or stolen. There are feces and urine on the outside walls of the building and in puddles when you step inside.
