When tenant first moved it was ok to have pets. Now with new owners they're saying no pets. Tenant wasn't offered a pet addendum. Tenant was given a rent increase. Also WSG was included in rent with new lease it's a 3rd party billing company, not sure what is happening. Believe Mgmt. is retaliating over pets and want to remodel to charge more rent? Ready to give notice. What are rights?

Fire escape ladder to roof is inaccessible - lumber stacked in/around area. Fire escape hatch is too heavy to hand operate; likely broken shocks. In any event, it's incredibly difficult to operate from the escape ladder. These represent an extreme life/safety hazard in the event of an emergency.
