I am the tenant of Starbird Apartments Unit 103 at 1512 Boylston Ave. The unit currently has no smoke alarms installed; there is only one carbon monoxide detector, and there are empty smoke-alarm mounting locations in the unit. I have reported the missing smoke alarms to building management repeatedly during my approximately two years of tenancy. My current lease's Fire Safety section states that Unit 103 was equipped with two smoke detection devices, but there have been no smoke alarms install
