I dont have a thermostat reader but I'm pretty sure it's far lower than the legal limit on cold nights and winter here the heater kicks only only at extremely cold temps like 30 degrees outside

Only elevator of a 7 floor apartment building has been broken every few weeks for many days at a time. Owner calls in service company to fix it temporarily and then it breaks down again. Owners will not upgrade or replace the elevator, inconveniencing disabled tenants.
