copied from 5/7/13 online complaint: "Construction (permits 6284925 & 6358704) has also included the removal of a 4' wall. During excavation our property was encroached with no consent & damaged by changing our slope/grade compromising our fence posts. Fence is now dangerously leaning and is now a hazard."Jim - most of her above complaint is civil. the only question I can see is was the retaining wall removal and replacement per the approved plans 6284925.
