I live in what seems like an illegal studio unit, shared with the laundry room. There are rats living in the ceiling, no permanent heat source, black mold. Owner keeps threatening me verbally with eviction because of requests for repairs and safety.

Hi! I live at 1526 12th Ave S. When I moved in about 3 years ago, I noticed lots of rats at the building next door (1532 12th Ave S) and I didn't pay much attention. About 3 months ago I noticed that the number of rats, mice and squirrels had quadrupled. And now they don't just hide between 1526 and 1532, they are everywhere! Someone keeps feeding them with enormous amounts of food (I have photo proof). Recently found rat traces under the hood of my car (rat blood, feces and food). I contacted
