this apartment building does not have adequate garbage capacity provided. every week the garbage overflows and spills out into the sidewalk and is scattered around. Often blowing down to my property. it is a health and safety hazard. the management of this building needs to supply either more or bigger dumpsters. I can provide photos taken this morning.
