Per online complaint, "Outdoor storage of junk/trash by tenants has been ongoing for a couple of months. We have tried to put trash in dumpsters without any luck, continues to get worse, with trash now blocking the alley, and people have begun leaving it on our property as well." Note: Left msg. with complainant, gave him illegal dumping phone number as well.
