Complaint: Noise

Opened March 23, 2020

Per Online; The noise from construction during this ti me is uncalled for. They do not need to do construction when elderly and sick are at home for over 8 hours a day. This is so inappropriate. They also don't practice social distancing in the site. Please shut them down until people can go back to work. This isnt fair to the community.

Complaint: Construction

Opened March 20, 2020

Per Online; There is construction on this street from 7am to 7pm during this work from home time. People can not work with this loud noise all day long. The construction workers play music and they do not practice social distancing. They are touching one another, not using masks and they use this building, 16 valley st.  for electricity so they touch our doors, key panels, and more. Why hasn't the city shut this down? This residential place is not more important than the safety

Complaint: Noise

Opened April 4, 2019

This is a construction site and parking complaint. This building owner has an active construction site that is occupying 20 parking spaces when it is already extremely difficult to park at all. Additionally, the noise is incredibly loud, often before 7 am. Shouldn't there have been an official notice/warning to tenants prior to the construction?

HOUSING--per phone call--back door is broken and often left ajar. Complainant doesn't feel safe because people get inside the building and go through her storage area. Silver fish infestation. The cracks need to be sealed to keep bugs from getting into unit
