Complaint

Opened January 12, 2023

Nine and Pine Apartments applied for and received a permit for a 3-minute load and unload parking zone in front of the entrance to the apartment building in 2018. In December, Pine Street Group and Clark Lewis had the curb and right of way extended north, completely blocking our 3 minute load and unload area. Now there is no load and unload parking and consequently there is no wheelchair accessible entrance and nowhere for residents to load and unload in front of the entrance.

Complaint: Noise

Opened September 1, 2021

PER CSB: I live in Nine and Pine Apartment and at the back of my apartment, there's a parking lot. Two food trucks came few weeks ago with a giant, noisy power generator. Their generator runs day and night, which is very noise and it greatly impacted my sleeping and even daily activities.
