Sidewalk down to 1 square of path. Low hanging trees, shrubs, and blackberry. This side of this rental is never maintained. Street drain completely filled with dirt causing entire corner to flood. Have seen 2 bike accidents here as a result. Vegetation also growing into the street impacting already competitive parking.
