PER CSB There is a wooden structure that butts right up against the alley entrance at some townhouses behind me. It completely obstructs the view of the sidewalk for cars leaving so we can't see if the sidewalk is clear until we are partly out on it. I reported this years ago and they agreed to put signs warning pedestrians of cars leaving the alley, but they never did. This holds their trash cans. They need to move this back away from the alley enough to give cars leaving a clear view.Yest

The community planting strip on 16th and 85th Ave NW that are the responsibility of units 1600, 1602, 1604 and 1606 have become completely overgrown with dangerous foxtail weeds. I have made attempts to ask them to clean up and maintain but they have not for over a year. It not only makes neighbors like myself unable to walk my dog through this sidewalk but also makes it difficult and unsafe to put our garbage out properly. Thank you.
