Per 9/10/14 online complaint "A tree with a green protection notice has been significantly cut, and the roots have also been damaged to accommodate for drainage pipes. I believe this tree was cut without a permit, as it was protected."***Is tree protection per Permit 6350621 (161 20th Ave), Permit 6346899 (163 20th Ave) & Permit 6350620 (165 20th Ave)? A protected tree has allegedly been "significantly cut, and the roots have also been damaged to accommodate for drainage pipes."***

Per 8/5/14 online complaint "Violation of Seattle Land Use Code 23.44.014. Mr. Dang has built units within inches of the disputed boundary line between his property and the neighboring property at 167 20th Ave. He was on notice that the boundary line was in dispute (adverse possession) but built w/in setback anyway."
