noise complaint, individuals slamming that fence door every time they go in and out of it, and they are doing it deliberately, not to mention that has to be a fire safety code violation, trash is compiled right next to the home structures and its looked behind a gate (main entrance to that apartment building), there are no fences around any other homes or apartments in this area, if they felt they needed that extra security they should have built actual security doors on the property.

My apt building does not have garbage pickup through Waste Management any longer. I had been paying $50/mo for water/sewer/garbage & wasn't told that that charge had stopped recently.
