-hot water heater keeps being shut off, 5-days straight so far- tampering with bike within unit (documented illegal entry of unit)- now has changed lease, asking to sign, stating they can enter unit at any time - hot water has been out 5-days straight so far. having to bathe out of the sink, having to boil water.history of harassment by the management- to get into the building, she has instructions to provide inspector- has safety concerns and retaliaition concerns with landlord
