Substandard living conditions. Ongoing broken hot water tank issue for the past 4 months. The landlord has denied hiring a professional to repair it and the tenant is unable to wash dishes etc due to the lack of hot water along with the fact there are medical issues in the household. Tenant said the landlord said I fix all of my units.
