Today is Sunday 9/13/2026 1150AM PST The landlord has construction going on in the upstairs dwelling and has just taken the water out - there was no notice to the tenants - As the tenant, I walked upstairs to the unit under construction and the landlord Marie Goss is in the unit and i informed her the water is off she said, i turned the water off..........There was no emergency work, just the landlord working on the apartment under construction with no notice.
