Per online complaint: "Violation: Use not authorized Two groups of tenants have moved into 1620 N. 52nd St., the second group on March 1. It appears the house is being used as a two family rental, not as a single family with an unapproved ADU. The house is not owner occupied. Scott Rodgers is the owner agent." *** INSPECTOR NOTE: Betty has an active case at this property for alterations of garage w/o permit which ties in with this complaint. The owner has been told that garage can not be kept
