Informed owner that the heat wasn't working April 16th. No heating system in house except for fireplace and broken electric heaters Ttwo electric heaters in bedrooms never worked and are also recalled models. One bedroom has no heat at all and no safety lock on sliding door. Mold was growing in the closet and the owner was informed May 1st. We are tenants at this address reporting a confirmed mold and moisture problem that our landlord has been aware of since August 6, 2026 and has not remedied. On August 6, 2026, we notified our landlord in writing of visible black mold in the downstairs area, based on our own at-home testing, and requested a licensed mold inspection within 24 hours.
