need to know about tenant rights, recent flood in upstairs bathroom has put hole in my bathroom - ceiling is now exposed landlord put up plastic said it needs to dry out before it can be repaired - told me to spray beach if I was not comfortable with it - this is a hazard for me I do not feel safe living here

Per online complaint: "Rodent problem. There are rats coming from under the town home and getting into the homes of tenants. I am a tenant and work to find garbage all over my living room due to an animal invasion assumed to be a rat. i have also seen several rats in the back yard and a few have been hit by cars."
