I submitted a maintenance request on November 19, 2024 to report water damage caused by multiple gaps in the dining room and bedroom windows, causing cold air and water to come through the windows and continuing to damage the windows and surrounding walls. The maintenance team provided me with temporary window seal tape and I was told that Redside Partners property management was notified of the follow up needed to replace the windows, repair the water damage in the surrounding walls and inves
