Plumbing vent on the roof needs repair. Any time the wind blows it creates this heinous metal squeaking sound that is clearly audible inside, with the windows closed.I have submitted a complaint previously, and the response was essentially that "because it is caused by the wind, there is nothing we can do. Per Online;Address:1637 21ST AVE 98122I live across the street and this property clearly has a plumbing vent on the roof in need of repair. When the wind blows (as it often does) the neighborhood is treated to the high pitched squeak of metal scraping against metal. This has been going on for probably 2 months at this point.I don't know what violation category this would fall under but it sounds awful can be very loud

Gurtrude was called by someone whom said they were SDCI, threatened her told her she was a horrible landlord told her they were going to take her to court. Left a POTA card with no name and had the complaint line number on it.
