Per Online;1701 N 48th St Seattle 98103 is the only address registered when I do a search. My address doesn't show up nor does it show it is registered. Management posted a RRIO Certificate of Property Registration but it's different from the one I see online. It looks copied and pasted and it shows information written in by hand with 4717 Wallingford Ave N as the registered property. I haven't ever received a RRIO Certificate as the language indicates I should nor has
