The building has two parking garages, 1 that is on a single level and is not for residents and another that is two levels. In the bigger parking garage there is an ADA spot on the first floor near the elevators and management said they are renting it out. The vehicle that's always parked there does not have a license plate or an ADA placard. We have a placard and need the spot.

Commercial business "Praxis" regularly violates noise ordinances starting at 6am. They continue this noise well exceeding the allowed 60db until 8am with loud bass music and weight throwing.
