Downstairs neighbor in Unit 1 is a major nuisance. Constant excessive noise, multiple calls to police for domestic disturbances, does not pick up pet waste (heaps of dog waste on outdoor patio over months), yelling and threatening tone when spoken with. Police have responded to calls multiple times over the last few months and pet waste has been reported to animal control. Still does not change behavior.
