Black mold in unit in bathroom and behind washer and dryer, due to a leaknot properly repaired. I have been extremely ill and need to move out ASAP. I feel I'm being retaliated against because Iam asking about the warrant of habitability. Now that I have to move, I need my deposit returned, landlord says I am responsible for all of July rent although I won't be there for the entire month. What are my rights?
