Alcove ballard apartments. 1715 NW 58th St Apt 132. They have charged me 140.80 for utilities and failed to provide the master invoice I requested on the 1st. I also requested a replacement refrigerator on the 10th and have not received that. I called yesterday and was told there was new management and when I asked for a date and name I was hung up on. This was at 9:52 am. They are in violation. They do not answer the phones or emails.
