Construction starting before 7am on 35th and Wallingford. They're doing the same thing over and over again for the last 2 months. Patch it up and then a week later, break it up.Also, who approved construction to start at 7am? Noise is not good for anyone first thing in the morning no matter what the reason is.10am start is more reasonable.Its hugely impacting my mental health. Request to change it to start after 10am please.

WEEDS 3--Per CSB--Bushes cover the sidewalk corner. This forces pedestrians to the edge of the sidewalk and is a danger for drivers who are unable to see around the corner
