Within that area portion of building is noncomforming, about 36-48" from property line. Within that area, Contractor ("Magnolia Roofing & Remodel 206-284-9938") has removed about 25 feet by 4 feet by 3 feet of soil from lip of hill (lip is property line) down to level which now exposes existing footing/f
