I have several. Since moving in May of 2025, most of the dryers have been flooded or nearly catch fire. Currently, of the 5 laundry rooms that are on site, each with two dryers and two washers for a total of 10 washers and 10 dryers for a total of 20 machines? 4 work at the moment. Both washing machines have been broken for months. I am disabled and can not go to another floor to wash my clothes.

Major water damage to the ceiling in the kitchen on the first level. Management cut holes in the ceiling and briefly ran a dehumidifier, however water is still occasionally dripping from the now open holes and it's possible that there is mold present.Washing machines on the 1st and 3rd floors (possibly others) have also been leaking water into the floor and carpets, which is also cause for concern. These are located at the east end of the hall on each floor.
