Our state agency received a complaint about renovations currently taking place at an apartment at this location. The building was built in 1927. We do not know whether the landlord, a contractor, or the tenant is doing the work. The complainant states that the renovations have been ongoing for 6-8 weeks. I did not find a permit for this location.
