I am submitting this formal complaint to document the ongoing and severe issues related to the known bed bug infestation within Pratt Park Apartments, and to express concern about the continued delays, inconsistent communication, and inadequate response from management that have significantly worsened the situation.On June 11th, I was informed that two units within the building had been dealing with confirmed bed bug activity dating back to May. Viewed unit 1-2 weeks prior to move in, noticed strong smell. Landlord stated they would take care of issue. Tenant has now signed lease and smell is still present. He cannot stay in home. Would like tenant rights information/options.

Bought out by Greystar, has a lot of problems with management. Has put in work orders that are closed every time. Has had to call the police 3 times on neighbor, neighbor has attempted to break in her front door. Believes she is being ignored as retaliation for leaving a bad review. What are tenant rights
