Property manager states tenant broke his lease due to claims of mold in home. Did not give proper notice. Landlord checked home after tenant moved out and found NO mold whatsoever. Tenant is now insisting deposit be returned even though lease was broken. Would like to know legal process

Overgrown shrubs & vegetation on private property totally obstruct view of traffic going in & out of 18th ave. There have already been traffic accidents due to poor visibility from shrubs overgrown & blocking view.
