Since he moved in there has been a lot of noise from neighboring tenants at all hours (since June). Wakes him up nightly. Complained to management 2 months ago. They said they would send notices out about noise and would give notice of eviction if it didn't stop. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the inhabitable conditions in my apartment and the community kitchen in my apartment complex, located at 1806 23rd Ave. The persistent issues have severely impacted my health, work life and quality of life. Caller states previous unit was unit #211 the neighbors would make noise all hours of the night 10pm to 1 and 4AM. He has requested for the property manager to do something, they posted a 10 day comply or vacant notice and the noise continued. The caller moved to unit #405 and the current neighbor in #406 is also making noise after the quiet hours that is in the lease. The sewage in my shower was backed up, making all plumbing in the apartment unusable. I reported the problem on the evening of February 27th. Property management sent Shelly Guron with snake in had to clear the drain. Shelly falsely claimed that she was unable to enter the apartment due to clutter blocking her entrance. Yes, my apartment is cluttered as the trash room is chronically overflowing with trash. So Shelly opted not to clear the drain, and stated that the plumbing will not be repaired
