To whom it may concern, My housemates and I live in house that we believe could be in violation of 59.18.085 as one of the bedrooms is not up to code and lacks the adequate egress (windows less than 5 square feet) in order to be rented out as a bedroom. Moreover, the owner/management company had advertised the house as a 3-bedroom, 2-story home even though it is registered with the county as a 2-bedroom, 1-story home (the room in question of violation is on the 2nd, unlisted
