Ongoing ant infestation in unit. Maintenance is not treating properly. This has been an issue since November 2022, no changes. Tenant has notified landlord several times. Tenant wasn't being charged for WSG when tenant asked for a different type of treatment they were given a hefty bill at the last minute (3/17), that was also due the same day. With no prior notice given would like to know rights.

Per online complaint: We are the northern neighbors of the townhome project at 1805 & 1807 25th Ave. On Friday they installed outdoor lights that seem to be in clear violation of 23.45.534 (Light and glare standards): they are unshielded, very bright, and directed onto our property. What can we do? Thanks.
