The building elevator is unsafe:it causes entrapments as it breaks down regularly; the alarm button does not work; the emergency phone sometimes does not work. Additionally the RRIO certificate posted in the lobby is several years out of date and has old contact information.

Per Online; Hi, below is a copy of the complaint that I've sent in a few times now and the situation is the same. But currently, two doors in the south emergency stairwell are now not working and are litterly duck-taped open to the wall 24 hrs a day because the key fobs are not working properly which allows break-in people to roam the stairwell and unlocked floors. This is unsafe as it also allows potential smoke from a fire to float into the floors if that were to occur
