Per Online; I'm renting a house through North Pacific Properties, LLC. The lease ends on July 31, 2020, and we were informed (on 6/30/2020) by the property manager, Anita Moffett, that we are supposed to leave the house "as clean or cleaner" than when we moved in, and that a professional carpet cleaning fee (noted in our lease) and a professional cleaning fee will be taken from our deposit.
