(Originally began construction before 8:00 a.m., perhaps others complained on that day.) No need for them to start early, disrupting the neighborhood." Ongoing Violation? "Yes, since First day"

Per 6/5/17 online complaint: "Threat of landslide: I voiced against the construction that is now taking place on 16th Avenue S. and Holgate, which was formerly recognized as a liquefaction zone. Now that construction has begun anyway, three times our home has shaken as if there was an earthquake. This hillside is unstable."*Is TESC per per construction permits #6535026 , 6484631, 6545542 ? *
