PER PHONE COMPLAINT: tenant states the unit is not habitable. There is a door with a missing knob; electrical issues have not been addressed; water turns brown and fixture not attached properly in the ktichen.***(HZT NOTES: Address provided by resident was "1817 1/2 Broadway E." After receiving call from resident, there was a follow up call from the landlord asking if a complaint was made. Resident has not paid rent. She is concerned the Complainant is retaliating.
